What? I believe you meant "killed your dream of becoming an author" (i'll let that slide as an autocorrect error).

Mac, I can definitely respect your dream of launching your site, but I think you need to educate yourself on  1) the industry you are trying to build a business in 2) business in general 3) effective communication.

From what you have described so far, I don't see an added value to the site you are working on that would differentiate it from other social sites, let alone understand how you are going to monetize it. I think you need to have concrete answers to questions like the ones Tony has posed BEFORE you speak to investors or even invest any of your own money into this endeavor.

just my 2 cents...

You guys have killed my dream of being a arthur. My site is to help people remember their task,  you will  schedule your day with it. Rather than tweets people will make chekzz, chekzz are status and stuff from your checklist. What makes it different and totally new is the game, the purpose of the game is to create ad space and what you do on the game is write on walls, like their chekzz, add more photos, like people photos, etc. Everyone's chekzz page will have traction.
Part of the plan is to first hire a four person team three programmers and one person to help me run the company. While the site is being worked on I will be busy getting the word out doing anything that will have people know about Chekzz and want to use it. Adding value to myself as ceo and value to a site that hasn't been launched.

Two of the more obvious pieces of advice, for starters:

1)  Use spell- and grammar-checking when you write emails
2)  Don't write this email on your BlackBerry.  And if you must, remove the "Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile" text

Hey everyone, my startup idea for my social network I been working on is finish. My startup has new features no other website has and is dependable as the others. I pitch the idea to friends and I receive positive reviews and high expectations from them.
I'm a creative thinker and a trend setter I hate doing things people are doing or have done. So new ideas and techniques will be done for my site. For example when my site is being program I will be getting people ready for its launch with block partys, college touring and other activities that will get people talking about the site before its launch. Become a noticeable figure to the public and make a good story that people will talk about.
My startup is fixing several problems the biggest one is giving users more to do then write status and tweets and  help them have a more organize day.18 percent of time online is spent on social media, I'm making sure that time spend will be more enjoyable and on my site
I am now beginning to look for investors to pitch my startup to. What advice and suggestions you have for me and if you are a investor let's schedule a meeting I'm a cool guy.
