Going through there wifi they are also tracking what non google sites people visit. This is going to give them so much research. Maybe they are going to build a terrorism detection box that try's to figure out if someone is talking about some bad things going to happen or searches and pinpoints them. 

Maybe the dept of homeland is in on this. 

Is there a google wifi acceptance agreement to connect?

Maybe bring google talk to a whole new level and taylor their phones to ease the habits of users since so much data on what they do will be collected.
