 When it comes to voice recognition, I've always found that unless you're willing to invest significant amounts of time in tuning of the model on the open source side for what you're looking for, the value of the commercial offerings are that they already have hundreds, if not thousands, of hours already in the language model they ship with which often results in higher accuracy/hit rates.
