Tellme (now owned by microsoft) or Voxify (now 24x7inc or something like that) but there are plenty of others.
 
I havent messed around with this space for a while (eg 2005- http://www.voip-i...­ ) but if you have a budget and need external developers i have one or two i can reach out to if you want faster deployment.

Makes sense. Any specific saas vendor you would recommend ?
