Market rates vary heavily based on experience and actual ability. There are some good like elance.com

The best results I've seen have been networking with people you know who worked with a consultant in the area of expertise you're seeking.

All,

Working to drive a project over the finish line and am likely looking to bring on a .NET freelancer (C# and ASP.net).  What is the general sense for the market-rate here?  Also, if you know of anyone who may be interested in part-time freelance work, please let me know off list.

Thanks!
Mike
