I'm looking for some advice on project management/ logistics management tools.
I have a project kicking off that requires some fairly intense and fluid planning.
I have multiple courses in multiple cities that are going to be starting sequentially and will overlap and looking for a tool that will allow me to:
- Plan the courses by allocating activities, rooms and resources for specific time slots and
- Move/switch resources and activities around easily
I have heard that Trello is great as a PM tool but have not used it before, so I don't know if it will do what I need.
Any advice and insights will be really helpful!
