Given these constraints, I'm hoping we as a community can adopt an unwritten, mutually beneficial protocol when it comes to job posts.

1) Subject starts with "NYTM_Job:". This will help us set up filters moving such emails away from the main mail flow.
2) People identify themselves as recruiters clearly.

I'm pretty sure priceline.com (they posted a job here today) and other such well known companies (wasn't some fashion magazine trying to hire via NYTM a few weeks ago?) will get a free pass while other less well known recruiters will get their head blown off.

As a group, I'd rather level the playing field for all job posters rather than accept the implied credibility of a well known brand names. Adoption is obviously voluntary but if we self police and encourage better citizenship from recruiters, it's most definitely a win-win IMHO.
