i dont know if you are working with an individual or a company on odesk but if a company you want assurance that the people working on it will continue working on it until you have signed off on the work.

 It looks like there's some money paid upfront. Can I do a code review before I accept?  Ideally, I'd like them to work out of my github projects that I set up so I can build and test. Also, since it's fixed price, I'd like not to be left with any major bugs but have the dev insist that they're done because he'd rather move on to his next thing.
