I'm going to try oDesk for a small enhancement to my iOS app. It's going to be a fixed price bid. How can I protect myself? It looks like there's some money paid upfront. Can I do a code review before I accept? Ideally, I'd like them to work out of my github projects that I set up so I can build and test. Also, since it's fixed price, I'd like not to be left with any major bugs but have the dev insist that they're done because he'd rather move on to his next thing.
