Why re-invent the wheel? MailChimp and ConstantContact both are offering very good products in this field. Where did you think you could add value?
On the topic itself: Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and others all have limits for how many identical copies of an email you can send per time unit. Once you've violated this condition, you're on their "suspicious" list. Sendgrid and smtp.com
only take care of the mechanics of releasing your mails into the wild. You are still in charge of making sure that you comply with all the rules for bulk mails as others have pointed out.

We have developed an email marketing software that requires us to send out about 10,000 emails a day (and more in coming weeks as we try to scale).
We tried sending it with gmail, yahoo and hotmail accounts using their own SMTP server but they get blocked.
We tried sending emails using Sendgrid and SMTP.com - servers but their IP gets blocked as well.
We tried pausing/delaying the delivery and not send out more than 5 or 10 emails per hour from 1 account . That also didn't work
We need help from someone who is expert in email delivery, and configure email server and help us send out emails.
