Jimmy it's important that you understand why PR doesn't work. PR isn't immediate. I looked at your website and don't understand the value of what you do? Will an editor? Will a reporter? Do you have time to manage these PR relationships?
I think you need both some marketing and some messaging.

Maybe a followup question should be, should a small biz like ours invest in PR to get brand awareness? Should that be a PR person/firm or a service like Vocus where we can compose our own Press Releases and distribute them over their PRWeb platform?
