Miles: Is the message (value of what I do) not coming across in the website and content or is it that you personally don't see value in it? I understand that on-going marketing in combination with communication (ie PR) is important. I just want to make sure I am starting on the right foot rather than waste time doing it wrong from the onset.

Could anyone on the list recommend a good PR person/firm working in the tech field. We have been working with a PR firm over the past few months to help get media attention and all they have been able to deliver is 3 mentions on small, obscure blogs.
Maybe a followup question should be, should a small biz like ours invest in PR to get brand awareness? Should that be a PR person/firm or a service like Vocus where we can compose our own Press Releases and distribute them over their PRWeb platform?
