First, some questions; you and your wife were accessing Google from different accounts?

Also, do you share calendars with your wife?

Now, some statements; While I do love technology and the Internet. I do believe its approach to privacy as a whole was summed up by Scott McNeely's quote in 1999: The takeaway phrases are:

"You have zero privacy anyway,"

"Get over it."

I personally think that Facebook is creepier than Google as regards to privacy, and those companies are not alone, but like many other people, I struggle with my comfort level with that stance and how much information I'm giving up for these conveniences and features as a whole.
