Right Andy but I noticed they are putting different lenses In front of the kinect on that video. Might make the world of difference. 

Maybe they will take the kick money and build their own :)

The Kinect doesn't do a great job of tracking smaller points, like eyes, and I suspect that while you might be able to coax some of that capability out, I don't feel a lot of confidence in it as a consumer product, to be relied upon for use on a regular basis, with minimal errors.
