I'd like to ask for your recommendations on free or low cost tools that capture, parse and organize emails that are bounced from an application. The application sends new users and existing users an email notification to complete tasks in the application, and includes a hyperlink that can sometimes cause the recipients email server to reject or bounce the message. Here are other observed reasons for the email to bounce: Email address is no longer in service, Email address is not valid, The recipients email box is full, the sender was not added to the recipients trusted sender list/address book, etc.
I've worked with a few applications in the past, none of which were able to effectively parse the emails by sender email/company.
Any guidance or advice on tools to try would be much appreciated. Please send me a private message @ [address removed].
