No, Marty. All-caps is annoying as are using extensive exclamation marks. Jay did all the right things and adhered exactly to what the consensus here on the list was recently: He used [JOB] to mark the subject, didn't post anything out of context and he is a frequent contributor rather than someone exploiting the list for marketing. So I don't think he deserved to be yelled at in all caps. Having his post go on a different list would have made me not see it and I'm glad I noticed it (in part thanks to your response ;-) ) since I just forwarded him the name of a friend who might fit his requirement.
So, no 18-year-old pranks, just well-intentioned advice.
