Options button where -- in Excel, or if you right-click the datasource
file item and go to properties/security?­ If in Excel, right-click, run
as administrator ... if it's a file property, you need to be in an
administrative context.

You can use Local Security Policy in Administrative Tools to disable
UAC prompting for administrators ...
