First thing to throw out there.  I'm sure its just that some of the
most vocal people happen to be strange.  However, I haven't been on
this list all that long, and I'd say the majority of emails have a lot
less to do with technology and a lot more with arguments, personal
attacks, or creepiness.  This being in the latter category.  Oh, also
put in "reply all" mistakes and LinkedIn requests.

Second.  I'm totally lost.  Fill me in...

"It has been noted in various books that lesbian women are more creative..."

Please, as in all written arguments, post your sources.  To quote you,
BTW, I am extremely serious about this.  I would love to see these
books.

"I thought this broadminded thought will be a good counter-point to
the 57 emails discussing racism."

I think you'll find 57 emails to be pretty light.  This is going to
generate quite a response.

You know, I don't want to be mean.  I'm sure you do actually mean
well.  However, although you're applying a positive stereotype to
lesbians, its still a pretty blatant stereotype.  This is one small
step away from a Borat-style request.  If it is a Borat-style joke,
its in poor taste.  Kudos on the commitment to humor, but still.  Bad.

Also, I can't imagine a lesbian (or anybody) deciding to contact you
based on this request, except for comedic value.  There's no way one
could expect this collaboration to be productive.
