LaLa - legal cloudification of content

From: Dean C.

Interesting article in Techcrunch today about

Users simply install the Lala Helper app, scan their computer for music files, and sign into Lala to find their entire music library in the cloud.

It appears you have to have some form of authentication that you 'own' the content but looks like the legal cloudification of content that i wrote about in is finally happening legally.

I wonder who is going to be the first to offer similar service for video content?

BTW I still own the domain and haven't had any offers on it .....yet.
