looking for a web-based bug tracking solution

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good web-based/hosted bug tracking/QA solution?

We need something that will allow for different levels of users: admin, in-house team, multiple clients who should have restricted views to projects, etc etc.

Is there a SalesForce.com equivalent for QA?
