Young Lions of Wine

It is my great pleasure to announce the best consumer and trade wine event I have seen in a long time. Serena Sutcliffe, MW has brought together some of the world's best winemakers and organized a tasting around their best wines, with the winemakers presenting their own wines.

I would suggest that anyone who is serious about wine or learning about wine attend this event. The organizers are also offering a 30% discount to our group which brings the price down to $70 from the $100 for the general public. To get this discount first RSVP on our website, then click here and enter the code MEETUPYL08 when registering.

Please note that this is an independent event and our group will not have a central location for the meeting. I am posting this event since it is an exceptional opportunity and we are able to receive a substantial group discount.

Here is the line-up of the evening:

Solaia 2005, poured by Alessia Antinori of Antinori (Tuscany, Italy)
Bodeaga Noemia 2006, poured by Hans Vinding of Bodega Noemia (Patagonia, Argentina)
La Faraona 2004, poured by Alvaro Palacios of Desciendentes de J Palacios (El Bierrzo, Spain)
Dujac Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru "Aux Malconsorts" 2006, poured by Jeremy Seysses of Domaine Dujac(Burgundy, France)
Cristal 1996, poured by Jean Baptiste Lecaillon of Louis Roederer Champagne (Champagne, France)
Riserva di Costasera Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2003, poured by Raffaele Boscaini of Masi(Veneto, Italy)
Ornellaia 2005, poured by Axel Heinz of Ornellaia (Tuscany, Italy)
Pingus 2003, poured by Peter Sisseck of Pingus (Ribera del Duero, Spain)
