A few quick questions for Alex...
I have a lot of different gear for different scenarios. Should I bring a 2 man tent? (I snore like a bear, but if anyone wants to share I'd be more than happy) I also have a hammock tent, and a bivy if ground space is limited. I've never been to this spot before so I was just wondering what my best option would be. Also, is there a water source nearby? If so ill bring my water filter/purifier.

Marvin, it looks like its just you and i in the car. was wondering if you would be interested in heading out tonight instead of in the morning. That would give us an extra night in the wilderness. Let me know if your up for this and we can make arrangements if need be.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THOSE RIDING WITH ME! I looked at the train schedules for Saturday morning. It is roughly a 2 hr. ride with traffic to the Denning Rd. parking area from Poughkeepsie. I think the best train to take is the 6:43 AM Hudson line to Poughkeespie. It will arrive in Poughkeepsie at 8:30 AM which will leave ample time to be at the parking area by 10:30 - 11:00. This is an OFF PEAK train. I will be on the side of the tracks that are OPPOSITE the river. I will be driving a silver Honda Ridgeline. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH ME that you will be riding with me. My only request is that you not be late as i DO NOT wait. Thanks and im looking forward to meeting you all.
