I Trust that you all had a WONDERFUL, FABULOUS, FUN-FILLED summer! The Temperature has already dropped and the leaves are Starting to change colors. For me, Autumn always Reminds me of the Many BACK TO SCHOOL September mornings that I spent as a Student. Now that I'm a Grown-Up, and a Student of LIFE, I realize that Autumn can still be a GREAT time to learn some new things and chart a new course!
Many of you joined this group because you are interested in Learning more about the wine that you love, including new varietals and new wine regions. Several of your group introductions say "I'm just starting to learn about wine......" that I thought that we should do an Intro to WINE class as a Group! The Purpose of creating the NY BlackWinetasters was to create a FUN atmosphere where folks could learn about wine while enjoying some great company.
The Good people at New York Vinters have Created a class that is Right up our alley called WINE 101: A Sensory Guide! They offer a 2-hour class full of juicy tips, great information and Wonderful wine! The class description is:
