Hi Wes, Thank you.. I worked mostly on R1 - 11.1.1.5 version.. I was playing around R2 and it feels more comfortable then R1 but not extensively worked.

Hi Wes, we've actually experienced an increase in demand for Oracle Developers/JDev
eloper positions since Dec. 2011. Supply is considerably less than demand, and much more volatile, giving leverage to the candidate. Although it is not the most in-demand skillset, there are plenty of great opportunities out there! -
