I book several high end clients like Alicia Keys n Jay Z but the only thing is they don't pay that well.
So what i do is:
- do the piece hope it gets considerable exposure (via the video, concert, or whatever)
- then take the piece 2 Patricia Fields or some other couture boutique and sell the piece as a one of a kind!
But its way too much work for me to handle alone.
The last video piece i did was Alicia Keys "teenage love affair" video. All me.
Next I'm doing the Jay-z show @MSG 19th

I am trying to put together a two or three person design collective to do clothing for a few boutiques and stylists i have relationships with. Essentially I have several clients whom come to me for couture work, but my seamstress just moved back to China. :(
