UPDATE, PLEASE NOTE: For those who RSVP'd: Please watch your email for further details and instructions. Thanks to those who responded to the survey! (A link to a Google Form went out to everyone via email on Monday --That is the "survey" mentioned below.) The bottle order and the ad hoc order have already arrived, but we still welcome you to fill out the portion on planning what future events. Thanks! You are welcome to participate whether or not you have honey to extract, but we may give priority to those who have frames ready to go, and ask others to wait for another date. Please RSVP in any case, so we can add you to a priority waitlist-- and be sure to answer the RSVP questions here. We have room for up to six beekeepers to extract on this particular date in a commercial kosher kitchen. And we have room for several more to help uncap, crank, and filter. Each beekeeper's honey will be filtered in its own stack, so you will have your own personal product. We will be bottling the Sunday extractions on Tuesday the 10th. This is our first commercial-kitchen extraction, and an experiment in doing multiple runs on a single day, so we'll look for lots of input/feedback to help us improve the process. Please watch for a survey link soon in email and fill it out asap. Depending on demand, we may be able to order bottles in bulk, and make them available at cost, so please go to the survey form as soon as you see the link. A per frame fee of $2 will be charged to help defray event costs. Please feel free to email Organizer with questions, etc. --

Another well organized event by Liane. Everything was so well planned we just jumped in and extracted with no problems.
