Peter Borst - over forty years a beekeeper, former bee inspector for the state of NY, and a member of our Board of Advisors, will be joining us for the weekend to visit apiaries around town.

If you are on the Actives list, you should already have received a signup link.

If you have not received the link, but would like to have a visit to your site or to accompany the rounds please click here for an RSVP form.

This Walkabout Workshop is a great way to deepen your beekeeping know-how as we will visit multiple sites and inspect together. We'll cover making splits and other topics of interest to those attending.

Field Studies Group, Beginning, and Advancing Beekeepers have priority for these sessions.

New beekeepers sitting Jim's Winter Lecture Series are getting their bees this weekend and may want to hive one day and come out the other for a great experience!

Slots are limited and we'll accommodate all we can. Field Studies Group Fellows, Beginning, and Advancing Beekeepers have priority for these sessions.  If you are considering becoming a beekeeper and want to attend a hands-on intro, please be sure to get on the Actives List, and we will plan a date later in the season.

Hosted by, Field Studies Group
