There is just no accounting for taste. Despite the group's founders knowing me for years, they still invited me. Well, I know, I was shocked too.
I have to answer in the affirmative, but then: I'm a legend in my own mind.
I play the odd tournament, intermediate division. I like heads up for a nickle - dime. My favorite game is a nickle chouette with like minded types.
More like minded types!
Aah, an evening of match play with Rich or Rod. The constant comment on my lack of daring, my idiocy, my tenuous grasp of the game, my inability to count, my poor cube use - the list goes on - always makes for a ripping good time.
I am such a shy fellow. A social inept, really. The only way I can speak to new people is to have a board game between us. My wife is relieved and thrilled for me, of course. We are both so hopeful.
Always an informative, pleasant crowd. Rick Munits game analysis is not to be missed.
