I'm on a Specialized road bike. I'm a beginner-ish. I only really started riding 5 years ago to compete in my 1st sprint tri. I've since done 10 tris (sprint & Olympic). I'm more comfortable on a bike than ever, but I still consider myself a newbie.
Italian, New American, Indian, Mexican, Spanish, Japanese, Asian-Fusion and just about anything that's fresh and seasonal. I have a weakness for pizza--one of the few foods I swear I can eat every day for the rest of my life.
Does coffee count? I would love a great cup of coffee with steamed milk from somewhere like Abrazo or Cafe Grumpy (have you tried their "Gibraltar"?). A pound of Twizzlers from Duane Reade would be great, too.
I love to bike and have high hopes of spinning my wheels across country next year. But first I need to up my mileage by A LOT. Good cycling paired with good food and good company seems like a good way to start!
