Introduction
Hi! I've always enjoyed board games, and it would be fun to meet new players in NYC. I'm usually a good sport, and I enjoy close calls more than winning.
Which games have you played lately?
Thank you, Jan, for a minor Carcassone addiction, though I couldn't really get into the expansion. I prefer to keep it old-skool. And there was something horribly, horribly wrong about the Settlers card game.
The best boardgame of all-time (except Chess, Backgammon or Go)?
One of the best is Fireball Island, but good lawd, it ain't portable. I also like how you compete indirectly and sometimes even help opponents in both Settlers and Carcassone.
