  • Every time we have a fencing meetup in the park, we meet new people.  Some of them are meetup members who couldn't make meetups at other times, others are just people in the park.  But they're all fun.

Cancellations are much more likely in the summer!  A meetup can be canceled because the ground is too wet, rain is predicted, high heat & humidity are predicted, or just because there aren't enough people committed to being there.  PLEASE RSVP, and come if you say you will. I will post cancellations here by 9am on the day.

To find us, enter the park via the entrance opposite the Ethical Culture School (The Ethical Culture School is on the west side of Central Park West) at 63rd and Central Park West.  The "B" location is on your right, just inside the entrance to the park.  Soccer kids have been grabbing our "A" location pretty steadily, but to find it, follow the paved path in a large arc to your left, (It starts off heading SE and curves around to NW).  The "A" location is on the hard packed dirt under the trees.

We have a very limited amount of equipment to lend. We're willing to share, but if you have your own equipment, please bring it.

It's also a good idea to bring water!

A more detailed map of where we fence in Central Park is here:

If you're having trouble finding us, call my cell[masked]  It's a good idea to have my cell handy in case we are forced to move.

I look forward to fencing you!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
