unable to attend, will there be any video / slides? Starting a new Node.js project, and wondering if I should take the leap and go 0.10.x or be safe and stick to 0.8.x

While it is a single-threaded environment as far as the user is concerned, is there any way to spin multiple threads (not child processes), e.g. comparable to WebWorkers maybe?

Both Pivotal Labs and Microsoft have a strategic interest in node.js. IBM wouldn't be a bad bet either.
