1. One minute talk about your project idea.

2. Self-selecting and grouping

3. Hack! Hack! Hack!

4. One minute show and tell in the end

    Setting up a RoR development environment can be a challenge (particularly if your experience is building console applications in windows). If you want to get started before you get to the hackfest. Look at Chapter 1:
