Ruby Developers needed for great in-house Dev role

Hey everyone. I would like any assistance on a great opportunity for someone to move their career into the Ruby Development space. One of my best clients in the city is a leading Luxury Fashion Retailer. I've worked to build their Global eBusiness team over the past 18 months, including their Chief Web Architect who is handling these searches. They are looking for 2 developers who could join their development team to work on the migration and redesign of their entire ecommerce infrastructure using Ruby/Rails technology.

My client will consider anyone with formal Ruby experience as his first choice. That said, they will gladly consider a motivated, smart web developer with experience in either J2EE or .Net web development. The work will be meaningful, mission-critical development, so this is not just a job where you get stuck doing the grunt Ruby work. I've placed 4 people on this team and everyone raves about the culture and excitement of contributing to this leading brand. There's also a great employee discount (50% off) for anyone who cares!

Please reach out to me at your first opportunity if you would like to be considered for these full-time roles. I doubt they will be open very long considering their open-mindedness. Resumes can be sent to Mike Fitzgerald at [address removed].

Thanks.

Mike
