If you are a devout Rubyist and really go the extra mile to create web solutions that don’t just work but are also elegant, then the opportunity we have may be perfect for you. Ruby on Rails is the core and the backbone of the portal that our client is building to help life sciences professionals and companies do their work better.
We are looking for five bright individuals with a truly can-do attitude and the entrepreneurial mindset to join and 800 employees' company based in Manhattan.
The project is all about Ruby and development of a user-centric portal that will make clinical professionals life so much easier. Successful candidate will need to have knowledge of rspec and behavior or test driven development principles and be able to apply them in his work. He/she will also be using Git for source code management and revision. We are not in search for ruby veterans only and will consider anyone who proves his passion and non-conventional work approach. Even if you are a recent graduate but you feel that this job is right down your alley, we will give you a chance to express yourself.
Consider this and join a team of like-minded individuals working in a casual and people-centered environment from the downtown NYC office.
Salary is quite competitive and the client will consider anyone who is qualified enough regardless of the location. Visa sponsorship is not an issue as well if the company and you match perfectly. The client is really serious about getting the right people and rewarding them with the right place.
