I prefer any brand willing to commit to that date, but a bourbon or vodka probably would go over easy with the crowd. For something farther down the road I'd try something that fits more what I like, which would be any Island malts, with Caol Isla, Tallisker, and Lagavulin being my faves. Again, anyone willing to jump in would be outstanding.
