I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself and my firm to the group.  I am a real estate attorney and a real estate investor with a large property portfolio.  I have closed many transactions as both an attorney and individual investor through creative financing techniques.  My firm knows how to structure "subject to" transactions as well as "cash out" transactions, without fraud and legally through the trust structure.

My firm's practice areas are real estate transactions, real estate litigation, consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure defense and truth-in-lending litigation.  We represent a number of investors within and outside of the NYC area in the areas of flips, subject-to, land trust, short sale, land contract etc.  I also teach contract law, landlord-tenant law and short sales for investor groups and title companies throughout NYC.
