Would you call yourself a libertarian ?

It depends. I subscribe to the non-aggression axiom, but have found that the term libertarian had been used to describe people who do not agree with this principle.

Would you call yourself an anarcho-capitalist, a market-anarchist, or something similar?

I would call myself something similar to one of those terms. I would say that I am a proponent of free markets and consensual interaction.

Do you think that the government is an illegitimate organization and that taxation is akin to theft ?

Taxation is best described as theft or extortion. Unfortunately, the government is legitimate to the extent that people continue to empower it with funds and support.

Do you think police and justice should be handled by private companies?

I think protective servce firms, private arbitration firms, and insurance companies already do a superior job relative to the government-provided option. The role of these private companies needs to be expanded and competition introduced.

Do you think landowners should be free to completely secede from the US ?

I think the US is an artificial construct , but sure... people should be allowed to secede from all artificial constructs whether they own land or not.

I am a proponent of free markets and economic theory as envisioned by Hayek, Mises, or Rothbard. New York is full of statists, and it would be nice to meet up with people who don't justify violence with claims of "good intentions."
