VEGETARIAN VISION presents a vegan Thanksgiving Dinner on Sunday, November 18, 2007 at 6 pm at Jewel of India Restaurant, 15 West 44th Street, NYC featuring Dr. Esselstyn as keynote speaker.
Dr. Esselystn conducted a 20 year nutritional study on how we can prevent and reverse heart disease by consuming a plant-based diet. Other health benefits are also achieved. Indian food as well as tofurky and other traditional dishes will be served.
