"Bryan is my name, I live in Brooklyn Heights (Downtown Brooklyn) & I am 28 years young. I am an outgoing friendly fellow & I love to make new friends. I absolutely love the theater and I have been peforming on the amateur level for about 10 years.

What and where is your favorite vegan spot in the world to eat?
I am all Vegan, however I am 95% raw/living foods. I enjoy preparing exotic salads with tons of sprouts. I take a big collard greeen, coat with avacado, then put the salads in there and roll it up. A store in long island sells dishes to die for.
What is your fantasy NYC Vegan EatUP event?
Hmmmmmmmmmmm...............I need to venture out more, however right now I would have to say, The Greens on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights near where I live. I mini-mushroom dish mixed with pineapple/curry fried rice is oh so yummy. :)
