Introduction

I've been vegetarian since 1990. Vegan off and on since, mainly for ethical reasons. Adopting a rescued veal calf at the Farm Sanctuary in August 2001 helped me get back on track and give up my final non-vegan item - butter.

What and where is your favorite vegan spot in the world to eat?

Not enough. I would be more motivated to cook more often, if I didn't live alone. I love to cook but don't like to doing the cleaning up as well.
