Who or what introduced you to EatUP?

EatUp needs no introduction :) The long answer: I had gone to some vegetarian meetups in Florida, and when I moved to NYC in '04, I looked up EatUp. It was, and is, a great way to meet folks and try new food.

What number of the week's 21 meals do you cook?

Less real cooking than a lot of slicing (salads) and microwaving, but with a generous definition I'll say 10-15. We're generous here, right?

What and where is your favorite vegan spot in the world to eat?

Some of my favorites: Soy and Sake, Kate's, Sublime (Fort Lauderdale), Herbivore (San Francisco)

What is your fantasy NYC Vegan EatUP event?

I'll think about that and get back to you.
