Not a bit of Irish blood but drawn to all thing Celtic- music, theatre, books. I will happily down a pint or two of Harp at a seisiun. Looking forward to spending time with like-minded souls.
Looking to expand my knowledge of Irish music and make friends with people who share my interest.
Don't know if you have events in Woodside, Queens but that would be of interest, the pubs certainly exist! Luka Bloom should play in NY more often. Got any connections?
Didn't talk to anyone from the group. Hope to speak with them in the future
Nice to meet you.
There will be a buddhist Lantern Floating service at Central Park on 22 Sep. It will be an amazing event. It is open to public. And everyone can send their prayers to passed loved ones and the world with personal messages on the lanterns. The head priest of Shinnyo-en temple will conduct a ceremony to send off the prayers together.
I have organized a meet-up for it.
Hope to see you.
