Don't forget, two big events tomorrow on Sunday:

NYC EcoFest
The Walk for Farm Animals

EcoFest in Central Park (east of Sheep Meadow,mid-Park from 66th-69th St)
Featuring Pete Seeger, Music, Eco vendors,, Green Non-Profits, and more!
Launched as an environmental event where people would get information, get involved, find products, learn about services and be entertained by people who care about the environment, ECOFEST started as a visionary effort for a better world. 20 years later it is still going strong supporting environmental causes and issues. ECOFEST is a cultural and educational environmental festival, free to the public, that is organized and produced by the West Side Cultural Center in New York.

Farm Sanctuary's Walk for Farm Animals
and this year, Robyn (MNYCEM Assistant Organizer) is one of the NYC Walk coordinators! Join us for eats, treats and an awesome raffle. Plus, we?ll be joined by Farm Sanctuary President and Co-founder Gene Baur, CNN anchor and author Jane Velez-Mitchell and Shawn Sweeney of the Jane Goodall Institute.
On October 4th, hundreds of people in New York City will take to the streets to raise awareness about the plight of farm animals - and raise vital funds for Farm Sanctuary?s rescue, education and advocacy work.
Are you up for the challenge?
Day-of: Registration Time: 10 a.m.
Walk Time: Noon, Walk begins at Central Park West @ 59th Street.
