FREE SEMINAR: Buying Real Estate for Internationals

Are you thinking of buying a property?

Not sure if you should stay in the city or make the move to the suburbs?

Want to know if you can get a mortgage if you are not a US citizen?

As everything in life there are pros and cons to consider when you decide to go from renting to buying and city versus suburb living.

This FREE seminar led by a Manhattan and a Westchester based real estate broker will answer questions like:

-What am I buying? - Differences between Condo, Co-op or Townhouse
-Why do I need a broker and how does he get paid?
-Who do I need on my team? - Broker, mortgage broker, inspectors, lawyers…
-Contract lingo and pitfalls to look out for
-General timeline for buying a home
-Pros and cons between city and suburb living
-Taxes, savings, hidden costs
-School systems (where to research schools and international options in Westchester county)
-Tax implications to consider from town to town
-Commuting options and costs

There are a some rules and regulations to consider if you are an international buyer. Roman Pawa, Citigold Relationship Manager and a mortgage broker from his team with international experience will give us an overview of how to qualify for a mortgage.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
