Perhaps we should require all posts to be tagged, with
[job] || [tech] || [event], and reject any untagged messages.

I've not tried this UI unit test framework, but it looks good:

If your QA cannot get up to speed with Java expertise, then other than outsourcing, you can still have them write test plans.
