Job Description:

Our Global Tier 1 Banking client is looking for a Java Developer within their Asset Management group working with the application support team. Their propriety application supports over 150 customers in the US alone. They have teams in India and Geneva helping support this application and are looking to grow the team based in New York. They are looking for a candidate that has 6+ years of experience as a Java Developer with a cache background. This candidate should be proficient in Java Collections Framework, Spring Framework and EH Cache or Gemfire.

This candidate should have the following skill set:
6+ years of experience as a Java Developer
2+ years of experience working with EH Cache
Must have experience working with Gemfire Cache
Must have experience supporting large scale applications within a bank
5 years of experience working with Spring
Must have experience working with SQL
Ability to communicate effectively and to influence client strategy, tactics and perceptions
Background in Asset Management and/or Portfolio Management, is a BIG plus
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
