This is a group about meeting other people who are interested in a discussion about Anger Management. If you are one of them who think that getting better control over anger can make your days better, this is the group you may want to give a shot.
"I have had anger issues for a considerable number of years and it took away a lot from me. The little mundane details that bothered me then not only hurt me, but those around me as well.
It took me a while to get over these issues and its with some simple practices, I managed to change my life.
Through this group, I hope to spread these methods and convert the negativity and make days a little more beautiful for those who still are in my shoes"

There are three kinds of members we usually see- One, who admit they have anger issues and its affecting their lives but never take the next step to join a meetup. The second category, experiences the power of these methods in an hour and go home. The third category, experience these changes everyday in their mood and in their life because they take these learnings from the meetup and implement everyday and manage to change their perceptions of how they CAN control their life everyday.
