Andrew's talk was mind-blowing and life-changing. His ideas sound like "common sense" -- but they are not common! In fact, I am not aware of anyone else who has come up with such an elegant way to help each of us change to create the society we need. I hope to be able to take his course this summer.

After Andrew's talk, I listened to the archive of his noon interview with "Global Medicine Review" on WBAI on Wednesday, July 7 at http://archive.wbai.org/ . I used that to update the info about him on the "Permaculture" page of my Food Revolution sit at: http://www.food-revolution.info.... When I watch the DVD I got from Andrew, I may update the page again.

The NY Permaculture Meetup Group provides a great service in creating opportunites for people to hear such inspirational, cutting-edge speakers like Andrew. I wish Daniel Pinchbeck had featured Andrew in his film "2012: Time for Change". That would have helped more people understand a very positive way to address the crises we face.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
