"A Fierce Green Fire: The Battle for a Living Planet," inspired by Philip Shabecoff's book of the same name, is the first big-picture exploration of 50 years of environmental activism, both grassroots and global, from conservation to climate change.
This is a truly inspiring film. I was given this promo video by a community composter library patron at the Sunnyside branch last Spring and just blown away. The film is exciting, educational and well put together. Check out the trailer here: http://www.afiercegreenfire.com/trailer.html

Ok, in all honesty, (& as a documentary junky) this is one of the most relevant docs. when it comes to outlining and defining the environmental movement as a whole. A must see for anyone interested in pushing forward the Earth agenda. Please come watch and share your insights and passion with us!
