What are some aspects of life in New York that you would like to see the group address from a permaculture perspective? (For example: land use patterns, the banking and healthcare systems, transportation, housing, community development, food, waste

Brainstorming on the feasability of closed rooftop garden systems, and pushing landlords (maybe via incentives) to let tenants grow gardens on roofs.


originally from France, was growing trees (some unintentionally) and veggies and all kinds of things on my rooftop garden in the west village until recently, very interested in getting back to gardening and applying permaculture principles.
